Isolation Bushings for Skyline Cable Railing will help minimize any chafing or abrasion that can be caused to posts from the cable contacting it. They also help reduce electrolysis by removing direct contact of different types of metals when attaching cables and fittings to metal posts. Recommended for coastal regions or similar salt air environments. Made of an engineered polymer, they are highly resistant to abrasion and UV degradation, and have a wide temperature operating range of -40F to +266F.

How Many Bushing Do I Need?

Skyline Cable Railing System has 11-runs of cable. At a minimum each corner post where the cable angle changes, you will want an Isolation Bushing in each hole. For a single corner, you will need 22 Isolation Bushings. For a railing system with two corners, you will need 44 Isolation Bushings and so on.

Note - Silicone sealant (not included) is highly recommended to secure the bushings in the posts.
