Make your cable railing installation a breeze with the RailEasy™ Tensioner by Atlantis Rail Systems. Delivering tensioning and fastening to your cable railing, the RailEasy™ Tensioner features patented compression fittings and a slotted base to achieve angles up to 45 degrees, making it perfect for level or stair installations.

To install, simply mount the RailEasy™ Tensioner on your post, insert your cable inside the Receiver Cone and Wedge approximately 1/8 inch past the bottom edge of the wedge to accommodate the Spacer. The cone can then be tightened onto the Threaded Stud, forcing the wedge to push through the cone and bite into the cable as it is tightened.

To prevent post deflection and to create consistent tensioning, begin with the center run of cable and alternate working above and below the center. This will help to ensure that your posts don’t deflect during tensioning. Continue tensioning all the cables in this same fashion until all cables are tensioned. When all cable runs are properly tensioned, tighten the lock nuts down to maintain tension.

Available in packs of 2 or 10 and made of 316L Stainless Steel for lasting durability, the RailEasy™ Tensioner by Atlantis Rail Systems can be used with wooden posts, or paired with metal posts with the approproiate metal fasteners.
