If you're installing the aluminum Atlantis Spectrum Top Rail onto a 42-inch-tall railing, you'll need this specialized adapter plate to attach the top rail to Spectrum End/Corner Posts.
This stainless steel adapter plate is narrower than the mounting plate that comes with the End/Corner Post, fitting perfectly into the channel on the underside of the Spectrum Top Rail.
